Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for your next role in Leeds city centre?
 
We are recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team, providing first-class customer service and order support in a busy office environment.

About the Role
 
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
  • Deliver excellent customer service by phone and email.
  • Accurately process daily customer orders and enquiries.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-focused way.
  • Provide clear and accurate product and service information.
  • Advise customers on fabric suitability and suggest alternatives where required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts with attention to detail and accuracy.
 
What We're Looking For
 
We're seeking someone with:
  • At least 2 years' customer service experience, ideally in an office or order-processing environment.
  • Good IT and PC literacy, with knowledge of standard office software.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and focus on finding solutions.
  • A reliable, hardworking and organised approach to work.
