We are looking for an experienced Production Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Consett, County Durham.
This would suit a hands-on Production Manager who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and driving high standards across production, quality, and health and safety.
As Production Manager, you will report directly to the Site Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a small manufacturing facility, leading a team of around 20 people and ensuring efficient production, consistent quality, and a strong safety culture.
