Have you got what it takes?

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of five years experience in the recruitment industry as well as a positive attitude.

Although you’ll receive ongoing mentoring and training on growing your business, you will need to develop your own business opportunities, so you’ll need to self-motivate.

You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively and have an ethos for delivering a high standard of service.
