Position available:
 
Project Coordinator

  • Coordination of the end-to-end lifecycle for all active projects ongoing within the business from brief through to scale up production and fulfilment.
  • Complete design briefs with customers for development and seek any missing information needed to progress each project through the stage gates towards completion.
  • Ensure production packs are complete and in order to ensure seamless handover between technical and manufacturing.
  • Relay timeline updates to customers and manage expectations at each stage of the cycle.
  • Regularly review project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary with the teams involved.
  • Ensuring all products regulatory and compliance standards are met.
  • Generating PIF documentation where needed.
  • Update and track all documentation for internal records and for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, technical and production teams to ensure clear communication between key departments.
  • Process orders and post invoices when projects are complete.
  • Monitoring regulations and compliance.
