Aftersales Executive
Location: Redditch
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time
 
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales Executive to join a leading provider of intelligent key management systems. Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the very best support after their purchase, from resolving queries to identifying opportunities to enhance their system.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, has a keen eye for detail, and can spot ways to add value through aftersales products and services.
 
What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying and acting on upsell opportunities including accessories, service packages, and upgrades
  • Proactively contacting customers to offer relevant aftersales products and services
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of aftersales projects
  • Processing orders from quotation through to fulfilment
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Providing administrative support to the Aftersales team
  • Liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any queries promptly
What you'll bring:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or aftersales
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A positive and proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Based within a commutable distance of Redditch
