Bathroom Designer - Customer & Project Management
 
Are you a creative Bathroom Designer who enjoys seeing projects through from the first conversation to the finished installation?
 
We are recruiting on behalf of a small but well-established company in North Leeds, where you will play an integral part in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
 
This is not a sales-focused role - instead, it is about listening to customers, designing beautiful bathrooms that suit their needs, preparing accurate quotes, and managing the whole process to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
 
General Details:

  • £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
  • Monday-Friday / 8.30am-4.30pm
  • Full-Time | Permanent
  • Based North Leeds
  • A vehicle will be provided after successful completion of probationary period.
 
What You'll Be Doing
  • Working closely with customers to understand their style, needs, and budget.
  • Creating inspiring bathroom designs and presenting ideas with confidence.
  • Costing jobs and preparing detailed, accurate quotations.
  • Managing each project from design through to installation, coordinating with suppliers and fitters.
  • Acting as the main point of contact, providing excellent customer service throughout the journey.
  • Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
 
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in bathroom, kitchen, or interior design.
  • Software skills like CAD would be ideal.
  • Creative eye for space, style, and function.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Driven to complete all tasks to the highest standards, in a time conscious manner
  • Someone who enjoys responsibility and being a key part of a small, supportive team.
  • If you have a background in bathroom installation, this would also be a plus.
