The Role
 
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for processing raw materials and manufacturing finished goods, following written work instructions to meet production and quality standards.
 
Key duties include:
  • Preparing and carrying out quality checks on packaging and raw materials
  • Assisting in the manufacture, packing, labelling, and despatch of products
  • Operating process and filling equipment, such as pumps and flow meters
  • Handling both hazardous and non-hazardous materials safely
  • Meeting daily KPIs and reporting any production issues
  • Identifying and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement
 
About You
 
Essential:
  • Experience of working to high safety standards
  • Background in a food or cosmetic quality environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
Desirable:
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Experience handling chemicals
  • FLT licence
