Internal Sales - We are looking for a proactive, customer focused individual on behalf of a leading supplier of composite landscaping and construction products.

  • Location: Office based - Crossflatts, Bingley, West Yorkshire
  • Travel: Crossflatts Train Station nearby
  • Salary: £28,000-£30,000 basic salary + realisitc £3k-£4k commission
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30am-5pm

About the Role:
You will be joining the company at an exciting time as they make strides in the industry. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of their internal sales team, supporting daily sales operations and delivering outstanding customer service.

This internal sales role includes both inbound and outbound calls, order processing, and CRM management. You'll work closely with merchants, stockists, and professional landscapers to ensure smooth and efficient communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls to existing customers and new prospects.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and support requests.
  • Follow up on sample requests and qualified leads
  • Liaise with merchants, stockists, and landscapers to support sales and customer care.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage warranty claims and customer feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer records using our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company values in every interaction

About You:

  • Previous experience in telesales / sales support / account management is essential.
  • A confident communicator with a superb telephone manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
  • CRM experience is preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach
