Warehouse Operative Leeds (LS7) | £28,000 starting salary |
Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Based just outside Leeds City Centre, you'll be joining a long-established and growing electrical wholesaler where there's real opportunity to develop and take on supervisory responsibilities in the future.
 
This role will involve you moving stock between buildings and on different levels, so you'll need to enjoy being active and working in a fast-paced environment.
 

What the role involves:

  • Unloading deliveries, checking them against paperwork and reporting shortages
  • Moving stock between buildings and organising storage areas
  • Carrying out manual stock checks and updating records
  • Picking and packing orders and preparing goods for courier collection
  • Updating order records using a basic IT system
  • Following clear processes and keeping to health & safety procedures
  • Working across both indoor and outdoor areas
 
What you'll need to bring:
  • A good work ethic and a desire for a stable, long-term role
  • Confidence with physical tasks and manual handling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and willing to take on responsibility
  • Clear handwriting and can work with care and attention to detail
  • A good standard of general education and basic IT skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy essential
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse / stock control position would be ideal
  • FLT licence is a bonus, not a must
